  We stayed in an efficiency unit and it was super comfortable. The owners were helpful and friendly, let us in a bit early as the room was ready ( thanks so very much), and both nights we stayed there and the " NO VACANCY" sign posted, there was NO NOISE...except for the thunder!! We will be stating there again for sure!! Check it out!! :)

  They lost our reservation but they were able to find us a room. The attitudes of the staff throughout the visit were inconsistent from person to person. One was incredibly friendly, warm and welcoming, another was standoffish and unhelpful. This situation was very stressful as we were visiting for a wedding that we were part of. A small token of recognition of this stress would have been all that was required to rectify the situation and increase customer satisfaction. Even something as small as 5 dollars would have been more than appreciated, but "the price [was] the price."

  The views at this motel are spectacular and the rooms are very clean. It is abundantly clear that a great deal of effort and attention to detail go into ensuring the rooms are as clean as they can be.

  The grounds and building exterior are very dark at night. There were exterior lights but the majority were not on. This can likely be attributed to Parks Canada's Dark Sky Preserve initiative. (Which makes the area a fantastic place for stargazing and astrophotography.) If this is the case, retrofitted lighting that is designed to minimize the amount of light pollution would be ideal. In particular, some sets of stairs to the upper motel level, though not all, did not have adequate lighting at night (any nearby lights were not on) which should be seen as a safety issue needing addressing.

  WiFi was not very reliable. However, visitors should instead be outside enjoying the natural beauty of the area instead of being cooped up in their rooms on their electronics.

  Not all rooms have air conditioning (contrary to the listing on Google Maps) though it was not needed during our stay in the late summer.

  There is soap but no shampoo... If additional amenities were available on-site, a small sign indicating as such--in the bathroom--would have been ideal.

  I stayed here last year and twice this year and I feel, I'll be back soon. East Coast hospitality and best views in a 1000 miles will keep you coming back.

  Great place to stay and definitely a fun place for kids. The Fundy Highlands staff are extremely friendly and the motel has access to all the main attractions in Bay of Fundy area and nearby Moncton. Would suggest getting the motel units on the ground floor as they have access front and back with a picnic table for eating and watching the great ocean view in the distance. The kitchen is perfect if you're looking to save a bit of money too. I would definitely recommend to others.

  I booked a room for a weekend this past summer. Loved it! The water takes some getting used to, in terms of its taste. We paid for a room on the low-end and so we weren't expecting much. It was surprisingly very clean; the staff were accommodating, nice, and very responsive to any concerns; and it just made the whole experience of having a romantic weekend that much more easy and fun. I highly recommend!
